Mesut Ozil hasn’t played a competitive game for Arsenal since March with coach Arteta cemented on leaving the midfielder out of his Premier League and Europa League squads for the first half of the season.

As reported by “The Mirror”, despite Ozil lack of playing time, he is unlikely to leave in January as his £350,000 a wee contract includes loyalty bonuses for him staying until the deal expires next summer.

Either, Arsenal has the option to register Ozil in February though it’s as if his time at the club is closer to an end. Despite the fact, the 32-year-old midfielder believes there still will be strong interest in him given his experience and quality.

According to him, a move to the French or Italian clubs is a possibility while there have also been suggestions he could move to a Turkish side given his heritage.

Arsenal Misses Ozil Creativity.

This season, Arsenal has scored 10 goals and the club supporters have called for Ozil to be reinstated. Certainly, it is open and very much clear that the Gunners missed Ozil’s creativity as they slipped to a second consecutive Premier League defeat to Tottenham.

Additionally, Arsenal has slipped down to 15th position in the League’s table but are seven points clear of Burnley in the relegation zone.
