Rumors about the boycott of the 25-year-old Juventus player turned out to be a gossip. The French midfielder has returned to Turin and will undergo a two-week quarantine.

French midfielder of Turin’s Juventus Adrien Rabiot flew to Turin. A two-week quarantine awaits the player, after which he will be able to join the team and resume training.

“Rabiot has just arrived in Turin,” journalist Romeo Agresti wrote on Twitter.

Rabiot answers the rumors ironically

As you may know, a few days ago, the Italian press reported that the 25-year-old player had ignored the club’s request to return to Italy and decided to stay in France for a long time. It was written that Adrien was dissatisfied with the reduction of salaries in Juventus, and it was a kind of protest against the club.

Rabiot later commented ironically on his Instagram account. The Frenchman posted a photo, and in his caption, we read: “When you realize it’s your last day of a strike!” The player also posted a picture of the poisoned bottle, which has two inscriptions: “Newspapers, TVs, Press” and “Don’t Swallow.”

Recall that the Italian championship has been suspended due to the Coronavirus pandemic. According to the latest information, Serie A clubs have agreed to renew the season on June 13.

Adrien Rabiot moved to Juventus from Paris Saint-Germain at the start of the season as a free agent. Though, the midfielder has failed to score a goal and show himself with effective action.
