As you know, due to the current pandemic of coronavirus in the world, along with everything else, football has stopped. Many clubs are very close to bankruptcy. And Barca are among them as well having another problem in their finances.
If we trust Marca, the Catalans need 70 million to fill the desired budget. What should we expect in the future ?! “Blaugrana” believe that by selling the main players, this problem can be eliminated. As you know, some players of “Barcelona” said goodbye during the previous summer and winter transfer windows, and the Catalans released some.
Here is a list of players whose sales amount to 54.2 million:
Malcom – Catalans send him to Zenit for 40 million, 8 million of which they have still to pay;
Abel Ruiz – leased to “Braga” for 8 million;
Alexandro Marques – “Blaugrana” sent Spanish player to Turin’s “Juventus” for 8.2 million;
Carles Perez – Italian “Roma” bought him for 12 million;
Marc Cucurella – leased to Getafe for 8 million;
Sergi Palencia – Joined Saint-Etienne for $ 2 million;
Jean-Clair Todibo – moved to Schalke on loan, with a transfer fee of 1.5 million;
Philippe Coutinho – the Brazilian footballer, joined Bayern Munich on loan for 8.5 million;
Accordingly, the Catalans will now have to think about selling a few players to increase the budget to 124 million. There are several players whose run may be expected in the next transfer window.
These are Rafinha Alcantara, Jean-Clair Todibo, and Philippe Coutinho. Let’s wait for the events to unfold.
