Asensio is happy with N11 shirt
Marco Asensio posted on Twitter and Instagram yesterday. He announced that Real Madrid gave him the iconic N11 and he was happy about it. As it seems, Real Madrid officials decided to give him N11 instead of Vinicius. Junior was ready for N11 but he could not get it, probably because of experience. Asensio is playing for Real Madrid’s first team since 2016, so he is more experienced. Vinicius joined Real Madrid only in 2018 and has two-years playing experience with the team.
Vinicius took N20 and Bale will get last number, N25. Gareth Bale is still the player of Real Madrid and that’s why he got the N25 shirt. Borja Mayoral got N16 and Odriozola took N19.
