Alexis Sanchez & Mesut Özil, arguably the two best players Arsenal have. The attacking duo is failing to come to terms in regards to their future at Arsenal.
Naturally, They’ve been rumored to be linked away from Arsenal to multiple different teams. A possible move back for Ozil to his old manager Mourinho but he’s yet to take any action, while on the other hand Pep Guardiola is determined to sign Sanchez but he’s been attracting plenty of interest mainly to name Paris Saint-Germain. Ozil, Sanchez & Wilshire’s contracts are to end this summer with Arsenal yet to decide anything.
And reportedly Chelsea & Manchester City are keeping an eye out for Wilshire, with possible offers coming in soon. Arsenal is hoping to extend his stay by offering him a new contract as he’s impressed everyone with his recent performances.
Even though he had a bad spell last season during his loan at Bournemouth, Wilshire’s recently proved that he is very much capable of some decent performances from the centre of the field. With the addition of Wilshire to either side would not only strengthen their midfield but also increase their allocation of home-grown players. With Arsene Wenger extremely reluctant to lose the 25-year-old, while also having their trouble with their great attacking duo Alexis Sanchez & Mesut Özil.
