Antonio Conte is keen to invite the 28-year-old Chelsea midfielder to Inter. The French world champion is not against continuing his career in Italy.

Inter Milan are not running away from the idea of signing French midfielder N’Golo Kante from London’s Chelsea. Nerazzurri head coach Antonio Conte is especially interested in the transfer. He has known the player since his time in London.

According to the British media, Kante himself agrees to leave Chelsea and continue working with Conte, this time in Italy. Under his leadership Kante became England’s champion in his time.

The deal is hampered by the fact that Inter will definitely need to sell players to pay for Kante’s transfer fee. Chelsea are asking for 50 million euros in French football, while Milan cannot afford to spend that much.

The first offer from Inter, which included the inclusion of Marcelo Brozovic or Christian Eriksen in the transfer of the 28-year-old French world champion, was not accepted by the London club.

N’Golo Kante has been defending the honor of Chelsea in London since the summer of 2016 when he moved from Leicester. Before moving to the UK, the French midfielder played in Boulogne and Cannes at his homeland.

Last season, N’Golo defended the honor of Chelsea in 22 Premier League games in London and scored 3 goals.
