Sarri decided to change the attacking line of Juventus

As you may know, Dybala and Ronaldo are playing well in the last couple of weeks. An understanding between two players is very crucial for Juventus’s success. Italian coach decided to give a rest to the Argentinean player against Roma. It was a cup match, so Dybala started from the bench.

Sarri used different attacking line. Italian coach started with three attacking players. Cristiano Ronaldo started the match as a left-winger while Douglas Costa played on the right-wing. Gonzalo Higuain became the center forward, and Juventus scored three goals with this attacking line.

Fun in the first half

Juventus finished the match in the first half. On 26th minute, Gonzalo gave an assist to Cristiano Ronaldo, and Portuguese striker scored a goal. Cristiano Ronaldo dribbled from the left-wing and shot on target successfully. The goal was so good that Sarri was impressed with Cristiano’s effort. In just 12 minutes, Juventus players scored another goal. It was Bentancur’s turn to convert shot on target into the goal.

On the second additional minute, Leonardo Bonucci could score a header after the cross from Douglas. Brazilian winger crossed the ball into the penalty area where Cristiano Ronaldo and Bonucci were waiting for the ball. The Italian defender was lucky and scored a beautiful header.

Sarri impressed with Ronaldo’s effort

After the match, Mauricio Sarri was impressed with Ronaldo. He said that everyone should be thankful to Cristiano’s mother for giving birth to this legendary striker. Juventus coach noted that the team has improved since the start of the season. Coach mentioned the improvement of fast counter-attacks from Juventus.

At the same time, Sarri praised Cristiano’s physical and mental preparation. Italian coach said that Cristiano is doing beautiful things, and he will keep scoring no matter what.
