Injury that lasts for ten weeks
Journalists firstly asked Dani about the injury and recovery process. Defender said he is feeling well now and he will be able to help the team in the next 3-4 weeks. Dani mentioned that the injury that he got in the La Liga match was for 10 weeks. It means that he can’t play until the start of December. Carvajal noted that he is working very hard and sensations are back in his leg, especially in the ankle. It was an awful injury to look at but overall, doctors were happy that he did not get more serious problems.
Dani Carvajal was not afraid of the injury from the start
Spanish defender said that the injury was not bad for him. Everyone was afraid, especially his family because leg looked awful. For instance, during the moment of clash with the opponent, Dani’s body went backwards while leg went forward and the player heard the little stick in that moment. Dani admitted that for a minute it could be a broken leg but in the end everything cleared. When the doctors took the MRA the next day, it turned out to be a less awful injury. Overally, he has to be out for ten weeks.
Very frustrating weeks for Real Madrid fans
Dani Carvajal said that it’s impossible to win every match. Sometimes you can win a very dramatic match against Inter Milan and then lose a game against Valencia. Dani admitted that winning against Barcelona was also vital for the La Liga situation. Carvala mentioned that we should never doubt Real Madrid, they will fight until the end.
