West Ham coach David Moyes hopes his side can make their way into the Champions League next season.

They want to keep going and go straight

The Hammers are chasing a top four finish in the Premier League after beating Burnley 2-1 on Monday. The London club are currently fifth in the table and three points behind Chelsea, who is the last in the Champions League qualifier. David believes his side will have to win each of the remaining games if they want a seat in the European Premier Club competition, and will be disappointed if they can’t even make the Europa League. According to David Moyes, he hopes that with four games away, people are still talking about us in the Champions League. He said they want to keep going and they want to go right on the last day and see if they can get in, probably need to win all the games. He thinks that if they did European football this year it would be a brilliant achievement. He can admit that he thinks he would be disappointed now if they didn’t get there, but he doesn’t think that will change how they feel about the season and how they do.

What will happen next?

The David Moyes side is back in action Sunday when they take Everton to the Premier League. They will visit Brighton in six days before traveling to West Brom on May 19th. The Hammers will then conclude their top-tier campaign with a home game against Southampton.

Chelsea prepare for the return leg

Chelsea are still fighting to win the Champions League this season as they prepare for their semi-final tie-back against Real on Wednesday after a 1-1 win against Zidane’s Men last week. After that, Thomas Tuchel will take on the road to the Premier League Man City, followed by an away game against Arsenal. Following their FA Cup final clash with Leicester, Chelsea will once again face the Foxes in the league before ending their campaign with a trip to the Aston Villa.
