England’s Winger, Jadon Sancho has agreed to move to Manchester City on a weekly salary of £190. The weekly salary does not include bonuses.

Sancho

The English striker, Sancho, moved to Borussia Dortmund from Manchester City in August 2017 for about £10m. He has been playing in the Bundesliga for the last 2 seasons.

Manchester City showed interest in the player during the summer transfer. Sancho manages to complete the 2018/2019 season with 13 goals and Borussia Dortmund finished in the second position behind the unstoppable Bayern Munich.

Manchester United was also one of the interesting clubs to sign Sancho from Borussia Dortmund. However, Ole Guna Solskjaer settled for James.

The 19-year-old striker also scored a fantastic goal in their 5-1 win against Augsburg during their opening league game.

Sancho Back to Etihad

Pep Guardiola must have seen enormous potential in Sancho to take the Citizen wing at standstill. Although the player once played for Manchester City 2 years ago, his skill has undoubtedly improved.

Sancho was also a part of the Watford’s academy team before he joined Manchester City. His presence in the premier league did not make him featured in England’s squad until 2018. The lad made his England debut in a game against Croatia in October 2018.and he got six cups.

Jordan Sancho will not be new to Etihad stadium and the fans since he has been appearing in many games before he joined Bundesliga. However, many things have changed in the City squad since 2017.

The Citizen should expect to see a new dimension in the squad with the signing of Jadon Sancho. He has the ability to connect with competent strikers such as Kun Aguero and Raheem Sterling. The new signing will surely bring a challenge to many defenders in the premier league.

Although the Citizens have started the league with a high note, the last game did not go on their favor. They drew 2-2 with Tottenham in the game played at Etihad stadium.

This Sunday, Manchester City will be playing an away game against Bournemouth. We expect to see the new signing make his debut game. Coming back to Manchester is a great achievement.

Conclusion

As far as Manchester City is a great team for a young player such as Jadon Sancho to build his football career. He should also be competent enough to secure a position in the first 11.
