Dortmund was left without head coach Favre two days ago. Borussia’s management decided to sack the coach after the match against Stuttgart. As you may know, Dortmund lost a game against Stuttgart and conceded five goals.
First win under Terzic
Management board of Dortmund decided to give a chance to Terzic. Croatian coach will be the main coach of Dortmund until the end of the season. He was very happy with the decision of the boards. It seems that Borussia players gave a new coach the perfect start of his career in the club.
Terzic impressed everyone with the starting line-up. As you may know, Norwegian youngster Haaland can’t help his team. He got injured two weeks ago and he is already recovering from the injury. Haaland believes that it will take him only a few weeks until he touches the football pitch. Terzic gave a chance to Moukoko and the striker played from the very first minute. Marco Reus was attacking from midfield and helping Moukoko to score a goal. American youngster Reyna was attacking from the left wing and Sancho from right wing.
Marco Reus goal and three points for Dortmund
After a disappointing loss against Stuttgart, Dortmund needed a match where they could change things. Werder was playing well from the start but they could not keep up with Dortmund’s attacking line. Guerrero opened the score in the first half but Werder could score an equalizer. In the end of the match, Dortmund increased the pressure on Werder’s defense. Dortmund got a chance to score a penalty. Marco Reus could not score from a penalty spot but after the goalkeeper’s save, Reus scored an easy goal.
