City transfer plans are noisy as they are ready to spend 330 million. Josep Guardiola strengthens Manchester City on four positions.

Manchester City have set a budget for the transfer window. According to the Spanish AS, Josep Guardiola has decided to add four players. So, the club’s management will allocate 330 million euros to satisfy the desire.

Priority is given to the acquisition of two central defenders, the replacement of Leroy Sane (moved to Bayern) and one striker. The City are actively considering the candidacies of Kalidou Koulibaly (Napoli), Diego Carlos (Sevilla), and Milan Skriniar (Inter). However, it is also noteworthy that recently, the English excluded the payment of 75 million euros in the transfer of Koulibaly.

As for the potential replacement for Leroy Sane, the transfer of Valencia striker Ferran Torres to the English club is being considered. This transfer is worth between 30-40 million euros. Kai Havertz from Leverkusen was also being considered. But according to recent reports, the German player is very close to Chelsea in London.

Recall that the Sports Arbitration Court overturned the disqualification of Manchester City. Accordingly, they will play in the Champions League next season. As for the 2019/20 season, City took 2nd place in the Premier League. Now, a return match with Real Madrid in the eighth final of the Champions League is expected.
