Four transfers for Messi – Barça are planning a summer

After the defeat in the Clasico, the Barcelona bosses finally became convinced that the squad needs a radical upgrade. It is difficult to remember when Leo Messi was as isolated from the team as at the Bernabeu that day. Barça leaders are eager to ensure Leo’s sweet old age and build a competitive team around him. Accordingly, they started to prepare four transfers in summer.

 

The team’s main goal of transfer policy is to avoid past mistakes when expensive players were frustrating with the club’s hopes and sit on the bench. Barca want to add at least two guards and two forwards and will pay as much money as it is necessary.

One of the guards should be central. There are currently only three such players on the team – Pique, Umtity, Lenglet. The problem of the right guard must be resolved once and for all. And the team must find a worthy successor to Dani Alves.

 

Messi needs Neymar back

As for the strikers – Neymar’s return is still on the team’s list of priorities. This is also the desire of Messi himself. Ney’s return was also planned last summer, but PSG has canceled the transfer.

The second forward should be Luis Suarez’s replacement. As you may have already known, the 33-year-old Uruguayan has suffered a back injury and lost most of his career.

 

Barca have prepared an offer for Inter to buy Lautaro

Lautaro Martinez was also named among the main targets of Barca.

Argentines have great traditions of increasing center-forward. For decades, starting from Gabriel Batistuta to Gonzalo Higuain, many top-tier Argentine strikers have been decorating European fields. Another of them is Lautaro Martinez.

According to European media, Barcelona are offering € 7m a year in salary. This amount is three times more than the amount of money Lautaro currently gets at Inter. The Argentine will be a major target for the Catalan club in summer.
