The Atlético Madrid midfielder talked about the 1-1 draw shortly after its conclusion, where he heaped praise on the team and mentioned his belief that the current Spanish side has a clear style of play. “It is a great honour for me to return to the national team. I always come here to add something. I am back, I wore the captain’s armband, and this is something that I will never forget. In these two years, I only thought about working hard and return.
