The Italy international has been slated to join Maurizio Sarri in Turin but his agents have refuted claims that Jorginho is leaving Chelsea.

From being booed off Stamford Bridge to chants in his name, Jorginho has seen it all within a year. However, the midfielder has managed to have people fall in love with his style of play.

While catching flak for the team’s performances under Maurizio Sarri, the Brazil-born Italy international has endeared himself in West London.

However, with Sarri struggling with Juventus, a reunion with the midfielder has been suggested. The Blues might look to cash in on the midfielder but that is not the case.

Jorginho’s agent insists the 28-year-old is happy at Chelsea and claims Juventus have not made an approach yet.

The Italy international has been a key part of Frank Lampard’s midfield this season with 37 appearances in all competitions.

Maurizio Sarri, who was instrumental in bringing Jorginho from Napoli to Chelsea in a £57 million deal in 2018 is reportedly keen to be reunited with the midfielder at Juventus.

Earlier this month, reports claimed Juventus are willing to offer Miralem Pjanic as part of their deal to sign Jorginho.

However, the midfield’s agent says Juventus’ sporting director Fabio Paratici has not been in touch.

“Juve are one of the top clubs in Europe. All players would like experience there.” Said Joao-Jorginho’s agent.

“Jorginho is currently a Chelsea player, has a three-year contract, and is doing well in London.”

When asked about a possible reunion with Sarri, Joao added, “I have not heard from Paratici. So far he has not called me.”
