The Portuguese manager stayed at Hotspur Way in Enfield to prepare the match against Burnley. His club was beaten 2-1 by Manchester United on his first return at Old Trafford after his dismissal.

Therefore, it was worth spending time to prepare for it if a win is to be achieved.

The manager reportedly slept at the training ground before he was appointed manager during his negotiations with Spurs chairman, Daniel Levy.

“I didn’t go home. So, the next morning at eight o’clock, I was here preparing for Burnley.”

“Analyzing Burnley, trying to organize the training session, the meeting, choosing the clips to show them the most cleat possible way Burnley works.”

“That is the way you have to do in football. Don’t accept passively.”

Tottenham is eight in the Premier League with five wins, five losses and five draws this season.

On the same, Mourinho commented, “It’s obvious we have problems but we have players with quality. A great human dressing room.”

“I like the guys very much but we need to change that feeling of feeling sorry about our mistakes and feeling sad with our bad results.”

With all that has been done, we have no choice but to wait for Tottenham’s match against Burnley.
