There is a high likelihood that Real Madrid left-back Marcelo Vieira will leave the club in summer. According to reports by Spanish Sport, the player has already appealed to Real Madrid bosses to leave the team.

 

He can continue his career at Juventus. The 30-year-old is reportedly keen to join there his former team-mate Cristiano Ronaldo.

Noteworthy, that the Brazilian has been playing in Real since 2007. But it is obvious that Marcelo is no longer as useful to the club as he used to be.

The Brazilian has missed much of the 2019-20 season because of his injuries. Still, according to Spanish Marca, although , several clubs are interested in him, including Juve.

 

Maurizio Sarri is searching for a substitute for Alex Sandro

 

Juventus head coach Maurizio Sarri has been thinking of acquiring Marcelo as early as summer 2019. According to the Bianconeri boss, the team needs to strengthen their left-back and add a substitute for Alex Sandro.

The Old Lady have already offered a four-year contract to the Brazilian player. The Italians are trying to make Cristiano Ronaldo’s dream come true and to take Real Madrid’s vice-captain to Serie A.

Marcelo’s contract expires in two years. However, if the player himself is interested, the Real Madrid club will be ready to consider Juventus’ offer.

Marcelo has made 11 appearances in La Liga this season and made three assists. The Brazilian has been at the Madrid club since 2007.

According to Marca, the likelihood of a transfer is very high, and Madrid are not going to refuse the deal. It is yet unknown how much the Italian grand will pay for the Brazilian star.
