The British media analyzed a document published by the Ministry of Home Affairs and revealed the football clubs whose fans were arrested the most times during the 2019/20 season.

As it turns out, Leeds United fans were most often featured by in football-related arrests last season. A total of 52 such cases were reported. After Leeds fans, law enforcement officers arrested Birmingham City (49), Bolton (45), Aston Villa (31), West Ham United (30), Manchester City (29) and Cardiff (27) fans the most times.

In general, the number of fan arrests in England has decreased from 1381 to 1089 compared to the 2018/19 season. However, the coronavirus pandemic factor should be taken into account. Due to that a large part of the matches in the 2019/20 season were held without spectators in the stands.
