Match-week started with a very interesting match in the Premier League. During the preview of the tour, experts believed that along with the Man.City-Liverpool clash, Everton-MU would be an exciting game.
As you may know, Manchester United lost the match during the mid-week break. They lost the game against Turkish club and got angry reactions from the fans. Even Rio Ferdinand, former players of MU was very angry on Twitter. Former defender said that defense of the team is a total joke. Manchester United was very close to getting a point in Turkey but they could not score one more goal.
1st half of the match
Carlo Ancelotti started the match with favorite 4-3-3 formation. Calvert-Lewin was the main striker from the start. James Rodriguez and Bernard were playing on the wings. Brazilian winger Richarlison has a red card, so he was replaced with Bernard. Ole has not changed much so he started the match with favorite line-up. Martial was playing as the main striker. Rashford and Mata were playing from the wings and Bruno Fernandes was attacking from the deep midfield.
The 1st half was very interesting as we saw three goals. Everton opened the score-line. Bernard scored the goal in the 19th minute and gave his team a lead. Everton fans went crazy over the social media as they believed that Everton could win the match. Unfortunately to Everton fans, the team could not even keep the score-line in the first 45 minutes. Bruno Fernandes changed the outcome of the match soon. Portuguese scored two goals in just 7 minutes. Manchester won the first half.
2nd half of the match
Italian coach saw that Everton had a problem in the attacking line. The host team was in need of goals but they could not create chances. Carlo replaced James and Siggurdson soon with Tosun and Iwobi. Unfortunately Everton could not change the outcome and they could not even shoot on target in the second half. Manchester United’s attacking line had few moments in the second half, especially Marcus Rashford was very active. In the very last second Bruno Fernandes took the ball and started the counter attack. Portuguese gave an assist and Edinson Cavani scored his first Premier League goal.
