Jose Mourinho, the head coach of Tottenham Hotspur, evaluated the chances of his team to get into the top six and said that the world would not end if they cannot do that.

“I believe in it, but it is also possible that it will not happen. If we can’t get into the top six, the end of the world won’t come. Perhaps this’ll be the beginning of a new world because everything is changing rapidly.

The lineups are changing. The players are changing their motivation. A team that was strong ten years ago may not be like that now. The most motivated player may no longer be like that, or vice versa.

If we can’t get into the top six, we can get it without a smile. But, we have to look at everything with optimism and understand it. Let’s assume that next season will be different, “Mourinho said.

It is noteworthy that Tottenham did not reach the top six in the 2008/09 season. This year, the team is in the ninth position.

“I wouldn’t Change Lo Celso for Bruno Fernandez.”

Mourinho was also asked about Lo Celso and Bruno Fernandez’s possible transfer in Tottenham.

Last winter, Bruno transferred to Manchester United at Fernandez, whose name has been linked with Tottenham.

Jose Mourinho said that he did not exchange his team’s midfielder, Giovanni Lo Celso, for his compatriot, despite Bruno’s successful start in the Premier League.

‘Could Tottenham add Fernandez? I don’t know about that. Regarding whether Giovanni Lo Celso was a player who moved to the ranks of the “Spurs” instead of Bruno – I wouldn’t change any other player in Giovanni,” Mourinho was quoted as saying by Sky Sports.
