The Spurs head coach and players were spotted during training. That means the Portuguese specialist and players violated the quarantine rules.

Tottenham head coach Jose Mourinho has broken the quarantine rules in London. According to the English media, the 57-year-old Portuguese specialist, together with several players of the team, held an open-air training and did so by disregarding the safety rules.

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the British authorities have banned any type of group exercise. Physical activity is allowed only with family members with whom the person is quarantined.

The training of Jose Mourinho was attended by Tangi N’Dombele, Serge Orie, Ryan Sessions, and Davinson Sanchez, who live next door to the Portuguese. The players jogged and did a few exercises, but did not keep a proper distance.

“All the players on our team are aware of the need to maintain a social distance while training in the fresh air. We will talk about this in the future,” a Tottenham spokesman told the media.

After 29 rounds in the English Premier League, Tottenham Hotspur of London has 41 points and is in the 8th place in the tournament table. Jose Mourinho’s team is 4 points away from the Eurozone.

“We don’t forget Pochettino, but Tottenham’s future is Jose’s,” Sissoko said

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Moussa Sissoko has spoken about Jose Mourinho and Mauricio Pochettino:

“We are very happy with Mourinho. He has added a new dimension and a kind of enthusiasm to Tottenham.

We will not forget Pochettino, but the future of our team is the Portuguese coach. The achievements of the Argentine will last forever.

As for Hotspur’s ambitions, the goal is to enter the top four, which is still real, “said the Frenchman.
