According to the latest reports, Napoli have targeted a Serb striker, Luka Jovic. The team aim to sign with the forward in summer.

Luka Jovic did not start his Madrid career successfully. As you may remember, the Serbian player moved to the Royal Club from Eintracht Frankfurt and signed a six-year contract with the team last summer.

Unfortunately, he has managed to involve in only four goals in this season (he scored just two goals and two assists so far). So, after all, it seems like Zinedine Zidane does not trust the 22-year-old forward. Accordingly, Jovic is not considered as a member of the Madrid squad.

On the other hand, Napoli has a complicated relationship with Polish Arkadiusz Milik. The Polish forward has not signed a new contract with the team, and most likely, he will leave Napoli in the upcoming summer.

Napoli is also likely to part with Jose Callejon as well. So, Luka Jovic is among the most appropriate candidates to replace the offensive.

It is known that the Neapolitans have a pretty good relationship with Jovich’s agent Fali Ramadani. Four players of Ramadani play at the South Italian club: Kalidou Koulibaly, Malquin, Nemanja Maksimovic, and Deme.

Real Madrid are considering an only lease option

It is noteworthy that both versions of Jovic’s transfer fit Napoli’s interests. Aurelio De Laurentiis agrees to consider a direct purchase of the forward as well as a lease. But in the latter case, there is a need for the final redemption of the striker.

So, to sum up, it is quite realistic that Real Madrid striker Luka Jovic could continue his career in Italy.

But, some sources report that Real Madrid, who have bought the striker for € 60 million last year, are considering only lease option for the forward.
