Del Piero: Dybala is ready for captaincy

Alessandro Del Piero, a former Juventus striker from Turin, praised Paolo Dybala’s ability to captain the team.

“He wore the captain’s armband several times. It just didn’t happen. He’s ready to be the captain of Juventus. I know him personally. And, I think he has grown up.

His response to various issues is very adequate and logical. This, of course, underscores the growth of his personality.” – Del Piero’s Sky Sports quoted him as saying.

Dybala transferred from Juventus to Palermo in 2015 for 40 million euros. Since then, the Argentine has played in 216 games: 91 goals and 36 assists.
