Manchester United’s 27-year-old midfielder Paul Pogba is likely to have finally decided where he wants to continue his career.

Earlier, it was reported that Pogba was interested in moving to Real Madrid. Though, according to journalist Nicolo Schira, Paul’s current priority is to return to Turin’s Juventus. The Turin team is already in talks with Pogba’s agent Mino Raiola.

Pogba has virtually missed out on the current season because of injuries. Paul has made only eight appearances for Manchester United this season, scoring two assists. The Frenchman missed much of the season due to an ankle problem, and he underwent surgery in January.

“Nothing like this has happened in my career.”

Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has said that he missed the season due to injury. “I’m already training, and I’m touching the ball,” the club’s press service quoted the 27-year-old midfielder as saying.

“I don’t get angry any more because I’m almost back and just thinking about training and being with the team. Nothing like this has happened in my career, so I always calmly remember what happened. It makes me feel hungrier to come back and play well. I realized how much I love football.”

“Honestly, I’ve missed the matches a lot because it’s my job – to play football. Patience is needed because I have a long-term injury.

I got a leg injury early in the season, in a game against Southampton, and it bothered me for quite some time, though I continued to play. When I stopped, a fracture appeared.” Pogba added.

Upon my return, I played with Newcastle and Watford, although I still felt discomfort, after which I decided to have surgery. Luckily now everything is fine. I feel good, and I hope to be back soon.” – said Pogba.
