Mijatovic criticises Zidane
The former Real Madrid footballer and sporting director, Predrag Mijatovic spoke out about what went wrong in the 2-1 defeat at Alaves on Saturday night. “So Lucas Vazquez was in at right-back, and Marco Asensio played on the right. But you know that Asensio cannot bring as much as some others. I feel like they didn’t realise that Alaves’ strongest areas are the left-wing and upfront, with their two strikers. It is where the problem began. Alaves surprised me because they came out with great motivation and played without fear, which surprised Real Madrid too.”
