Paris Saint-Germain have not yet been able to reach an agreement with Neymar to extend his contract, but despite this, the French club are hoping to still be able to negotiate with the Brazilian star.

Meanwhile, Paris Saint-Germain president Nasser Al Khalaf has put a price tag on the 28-year-old striker, whose contract expires in the summer of 2022. Sport.es writes based on French sources that the club will not sell Neymar for less than 100 million euros.

Paris Saint-Germain hopes that such a high price in the era of the coronavirus pandemic will scare potential buyers.

Earlier, Neymar said that he feels happy in Paris and does not think about leaving PSG. However, there is speculation in the media that the player may return to Barcelona.

Neymar moved to Paris Saint-Germain from Barcelona in the summer of 2017 and then the transfer price was a record 222 million euros. The Brazilian has won the French championship three times with the Parisians, twice – the country cup, as well as the league cup and the Super Cup.

Neymar has scored 9 goals and provided 5 assists in 11 appearances for PSG this season.
