Bayern Munich hosted Eintracht yesterday. Teams were in a high mood because it was a regular game-day. Unfortunately to Eintracht fans, Robert Lewandowski was unstoppable.
Pre-match preparations
Flick’s team was very good in the last few matches. Team could get a big win against Atletico Madrid. Diego Simeone’s Atletico is always a tough team to face but Bayern got a big win. Munich players scored four goals without conceding. It was a very positive result for Flick and squad. They were waiting for Saturday’s match in a good mood.
1st half of the match
German coach decided to start the match with three attacking players and Muller behind them. Robert Lewandowski, Costa and Coman were main attackers. Thomas Muller was playing from deep. Goretzka and Kimmich were in the midfield. Bayern’s squad was very attacking focused. Unfortunately to Bayern fans, youngster Davis got injured in the first minute. Hernandez replaced Davies in the third minute. Bayern started scoring in the first minutes of the match. Robert Lewandowski opened the score. In just a few minutes, Robert increased the lead of Bayern. Host team won first half 2-0;
2nd half of the match
Bayern started the second half with attacks too. There was very big pressure on Eintracht. It was visible that Eintracht’s defense could not keep up with Bayern’s attacks. In the 60th minute, Robert scored his third in this match. Scoring hat-trick was very emotional for Lewandowski. In just four rounds, Lewandowski already scored 10 goals. Before the end of the match, Leroy Sane and Musiala scored goals. Bayern Munich won the game 5-0.
