Robert Lewandowski has a moment of his life. He is scoring lots of goals, winning trophies and games for Bayern. Robert won another personal award a few days ago for being the best player in Europe.

Bayern’s come-back against Bayer Leverkusen

As you may know, Bayer was the leader of the table before the game. It was the clash between two main leaders of the Bundesliga table. Bayer had a really good run before the clash against Bayern. At the same time, Bayern Munich is very confident in Bundesliga and Champions League.

Flick made a very interesting decision before the game. German coach started the match against Bayern without Leroy Sane in the starting line-up. Obviously, Sane was not happy with the outcome and it was visible. Flick started with an interesting line-up. Robert Lewandowski was the main striker and he got help from attacking midfield. Thomas Muller was playing from the deep midfield and his main target was helping Robert Lewandowski. Gnabry and Coman were playing on the wings.

Patrick Schick was playing perfectly from the start. Bayer was ready to put a big pressure on the defense of Bayern Munich. Leverkusen took the lead at the start of the game. Schick scored his four goals of the season. In just a few minutes after taking a lead, Bayer scored another goal. It was another beauty from Schick and everything was going well for Bayer until the VAR checked the moment. The goal was declined by the VAR as Schik was offside.

In the end of the first half, Leverkusen’s goalkeeper made a huge mistake and Robert scored an easy header. It was truly an easy goal from Bayern Munich’s striker. In the second half, Bayern started playing better. Team was attacking a lot but they could not score a goal until the very last second. Bayern Munich was lucky enough in the end of the game. Robert Lewandowski scored his 17th Bundesliga goal this season.
