Luuk de Jong opens the score of the match

The 1st half started with impressive domination of the hosts. Sevilla played well, and there weren’t any goal attempts or shots on goal from the Granada team. This part of the game was mostly interesting for football supporters because Lopetegui’s side scored both goals in the first half. On 11th minute Jesus Navas played a neat lofted pass into the box for Luuk de Jong, who strikes the defender in the air and planted a header into the top right corner from close range 1:0. In the 23 minutes on 34’, Oliver Torres played a pass to the feet of Nolito, and he shoots into the bottom right corner from inside the box, it’s 2:0. 1st half ended with the total goal attempt statistics 6:0.
