Transfer rumors about Paul Pogba are not new. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer says he will stay at the club.

It is hard to recall the transfer window period when no rumors were spread about Paul Pogba. It is often suggested that the Frenchman will replace the team and pursue a career elsewhere.

This transfer window was no exception. Foreign media often wrote about the interest of Real Madrid. There was also the Juventus version of Turin. Finally, the 27-year-old football player was contacted by Barcelona.

The midfielder himself said during the national team break that playing for Real Madrid is his dream and it is not excluded that one day they will join them, although his goal now is the success of Manchester United.

Paul Pogba has a contract with the “Red Devils” until the summer of 2021. There is an option in the contract, according to which the team can keep the player for another year. So he stays until the summer of 2022.

According to reports, United used the option and left Paul on the team for another year. The reason for this is that the English team does not want to release Pogba as a free agent next year for free. During this period the club will try to offer the Frenchman a new contract.

The extension of the contract for 1 year is confirmed by the head coach of the team Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. According to the Norwegian specialist, Paul will stay at Manchester United for another two years.

“Paul is our player. He will stay here for another two years. I’m sure he is focused on doing our best. We want to see the best Paul. So I’m sure we’ll get the best out of him in the next two years,” Solskjaer said.
