After a few medical examinations, Eden’s ankle seems very problematic. Zidane confirmed that Hazard would take two-three weeks to recover from injury. So, according to schedule, Real Madrid can’t get help from Belgian players against Valencia and Barcelona.

Injuries of Gareth Bale and Marcelo

Zidane said that it’s sad to see players with injuries. The legendary coach hoped for a fast recovery for every player having the damage. Zinedine told me that it’s heartbreaking to see high-quality players missing games because of injury.

Zidane confirmed that Marcelo wouldn’t be able to play against Espanyol and Valencia. It’s tough to schedule for Real Madrid, and the coach hoped for excellent results without Brazilian defender.

Gareth Bale will be absent on Saturday. The coach said that Gareth had a micro discomfort in the ankle during the match against Alaves. Frenchman noted that Bale was not training all weeks and joined the leading team to train only on Friday.
